Privacy Policy

MakeYou is built for reflection, so privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email and a securely hashed password (we never store it in plain text).
• What you create: identities, habits, completions, reflections, journal entries, notes, books, quotes and settings.
• Notifications: if you turn on push notifications, a device token from your browser and your time zone.
• Payments: the plan, amount, date and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not by us.
• Basic activity logs: sign-ins and important actions, kept to keep your account secure.

How we use it

Only to run MakeYou for you: showing your progress, sending the reminders you ask for, processing payments, keeping the service secure, and replying when you contact us.

Where it’s stored

The app is hosted on Vercel. Your data is stored in a database operated by our provider (currently Notion). Payments are processed by Razorpay. These providers act on our behalf and may process data outside India under their own security standards.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. On your device, the app also stores a copy of your recent data so it opens fast and works offline. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Export all your data at any time from Profile → Export data.
• Turn notifications off at any time from Profile.
• To delete your account and data, email team@dilonitechnologies.in from your account email. We’ll confirm within 7 days. Payment records may be kept where the law requires it.

Changes and contact
