Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MakeYou (“the service”), operated by Diloni Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Please don’t create accounts automatically or in bulk.

Your content

Your habits, reflections, notes and journal entries belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can export everything at any time from Profile → Export data.

Plans and payments

• MakeYou has a free plan and a paid plan, MakeYou Plus. Current prices are shown in the app before you pay, in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Plus is paid upfront for the period you choose (one month, one year, or lifetime). Nothing renews automatically — you’re only charged when you choose to buy.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as MakeYou is operated by us. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 60 days’ notice and a way to export your data.

Refunds and cancellation

• If you’re not happy with Plus, email team@dilonitechnologies.in within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
• Because plans don’t renew, there is nothing to cancel. Your Plus features simply end at the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays on the free plan.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload our systems, access other people’s data, or use MakeYou for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Not medical advice

MakeYou supports habits and reflection. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional.

Service changes and liability

We work hard to keep MakeYou reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we’ll tell you in the app before it applies.
